Business Insider reported over the weekend that the startup has been approached with acquisition offers and has been talking to banks to help evaluate bids. The news comes amid a flurry of consolidation in the AI infrastructure space, highlighted by Stripe's $7 billion acquisition of OpenRouter earlier this year.
